Confirmed: Meta launched its Muse assistant, a personal agent that shops, books and fills out forms, on September 8 (Meta newsroom). Reported: Muse can phone US businesses for its users, and 404 Media found some beta calls were placed by human contractors (TechCrunch, 404 Media). No assistant wants to send its customer to a company it cannot check. For a home-service business, five answers decide it, and software has to be able to read each one. When it cannot confirm one, it moves on to the next business.

What is Reachable?

Reachable gets local businesses ready for AI assistants and agents. We check how an assistant actually sees your business, fix what stops it from booking you, prove it on video and keep it working as assistants change. It is the on-ramp to the agentic web.

What is the free Reach Check?

A one-minute look at your website the way an AI assistant sees it, and it is free. Paste your address and ReachCheck visits your public pages once, politely. You get a Reach Level from 0 to 5, a score out of 100 and the three fixes that matter most, each with what it saw. Do you promise AI assistants will recommend me?

No. Nobody controls what assistants say, and we will never promise placement or recommendations. We make your business easier to read, verify and book, then test it with real assistants and show you the results.

Who is it for?

Local service businesses anywhere in the United States. We are starting with home services such as HVAC, roofing, plumbing and electrical, where jobs are high value and customers often call. Agencies that serve those businesses can join too.

What does it cost?

What is a Reach Level?

A 0 to 5 scale for how far an AI agent can get with your business: Invisible, Findable, Readable, Bookable, Connected, Proven. The free self-check on this page gives you a rough level in 30 seconds. The Reach Check measures it properly.

What about identity, wallets and payments?

Those are specialist, regulated jobs. We do not build, hold or process any of it. As the agentic web grows we plan to introduce specialist partners who own that part, and to check that the connection works.

What is AXO?

AXO is short for agent experience optimization. It is the discipline and engine behind our work. Reachable is the front door. You will see Powered by AXO on method pages and reports.

What happens after I join?

You will hear from us when the charter cohort opens, plus the occasional update. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Is Reachable affiliated with Meta, OpenAI, Google or Microsoft?

No. We are independent. Assistant and company names belong to their owners and appear only to describe the landscape.

The email address you submit. Optionally, your role and website. Your Reach Level if you took the self-check. The form you used, the time, a random referral code stored on your device, and the code of the person who sent you, if any.

Why we collect it

To run the waitlist, send you Reachable updates, and understand which pages and shares bring people in. We do not sell your information.

Who handles it

Service providers that store the waitlist and send email for us, under their own terms. We will name them in the full policy before launch.

On your device

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your Reach Level, your referral code and whether you joined. It does not set advertising cookies and does not load advertising or analytics trackers at this time.

Unsubscribe and delete my data

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To leave the waitlist or ask us to delete your data, use that link or reply to any email from us.

Who this is for
